Environmental exhibition in Mykolaiv

The paramount aim of the exhibition “Black Sea Coast Nature” was to show the beauty and drive public attention to the environmental problems of the region. This exhibition was held in the exposition hall of the City Centre of Art and Culture in Mykolaiv. Charitable Foundation “Indigo” organized the exhibition. The foundation was one of the winners in the NGO VUM Project pitching that was held in cooperation with British Council and Mykolaiv Agency of City Development in May-July 2017. As the winner of the pitching, Charitable Foundation got financial support for decoration and organization of the exhibition.

“Black Sea Coast Nature” exhibition contains more than one hundred of pictures and photos of more than twenty photographs and artists. Most notably, participants are not only professionals but beginners. “We gave the newcomers an opportunity to show their talents and get additional stimulus for further creation. We also presented eminent artists that directly show you what you can achieve. So, this is a combined exhibition.” – says Olga Krynytska, head of the charitable foundation “Indigo”.

The exhibition presents how Art depicts the beauty of nature. It also makes observers focus on the current ecology issues.

The exhibition will be held for two weeks. We invite citizens of Mykolaiv to join art and nature world.
