Dmytro Savochkin

Dmytro has a psychological and pedagogical education. He worked as a teacher, a journalist, an agent of the criminal investigation, an editor, a commander of a training artillery battery, a business coach. He is currently working as a head of the HR department of a large international company. When the NGO OUM started its activity, he was responsible for the online project methodology and now he is a member of the supervisory board.

Mikhail Krikunov

Trainer, Strategist, Manager and Marketing Consultant, Senior Manager. He has more than 25 years of experience in management, researches, counseling and teaching in the corporate sector and business schools. Ph.D., Associate Professor, certified marketing specialist (Charter Marketing Institute, UK, 1999), Dean of Kyiv Business School, experienced designer of business education programs. Head of the cluster development agency Clust-ua. Specialist in Economic Development, is certified by the International Economic Development Council (Washington, USA). Scientific and business mentor.

Mykhaylo Vynnytskiy

Ph.D., Professor at the Family Business Center, lecturer in business management. He received doctorate (PhD) in Economic Sociology in 2003, defended his dissertation on “Entrepreneurship in Post-Soviet Ukraine” at Cambridge University (UK). Since 2003 Mikhail has been living in Ukraine. He is the Director of the Doctoral School of Kyiv-Mohyla National Academy, where he gives lectures at the Department of Sociology and Business School and leads a project aimed at transforming traditional Ukrainian postgraduate education into a European Doctoral School.

Oksana Ruda

Executive Director of the Expertise Centre «Analysis, support, consulting reforms». Candidate of Historical Sciences, an expert on the development of civil society, formal and informal education, project management, social work, charitable activity, work with communities, analytical studies and evaluation of organizational culture, ability, organizational development planning. Author of textbooks, manuals, programs recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, training courses for masters of KNU n.a. T. Shevchenko and Kyiv International University. Author of studies and scientific articles on organizational development, organizational capacity and organizational behavior. She is the member of Supervisory Boards: Teple Misto Platform and Ukrainian Leadership Academy.

Olena Khil

Head of the NGO OUM, the master-facilitator of the British Council’s “Active Citizens” international project, the leader of the “Active Citizens” project at the NGO OUM (she is specialized in training on Social Projects and Pitching on Project Financing (pitching.in.ua)), community-based work in the different regions of Ukraine. Coach of the international project on mutual understanding and non-violent communication AVP, expert on communications, public relations and media.

Roman Tychkivskyy

Coordinator and Leadership Program Manager in Western NIS Enterprise Fund. Under this program Western NIS Enterprise Fund implements a series of projects such as the Ukrainian Leadership Academy, SEED Grant, and the Corporate Governance Development Program.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kyiv Mohyla Academy and a master’s degree in science economy and innovation from Barcelona Graduate School of Economics.

He was a co-founder of the Open University of Maidan during the Revolution of Dignity and managed the project fundraising.

Roman worked as Coordinator for Canada-Ukraine Parliamentary Program, which gives Ukrainian students the opportunity to study under a three-month internship program in the Parliament of Canada. Also, he was an assistant to the Member of the Parliament of Canada Corneliu Chisu. Previously, Roman worked in business consulting for foreign companies in Ukraine.

Roman also has experience as a Project Manager with Holding of Emotions! FEST (Lviv) – a network of conceptual restaurants and projects that promote tourist destinations in Lviv and Ukraine. In this capacity, he was involved in the development of franchising projects and partnership network in Ukraine and abroad.

He is a member of Plast – the National Scout Organization of Ukraine.

Valeriy Pekar

Entrepreneur (since 1992) and civilian leader. President of Euroindex company. Member of the Board of Directors of the World Association of the Exhibition Industry UFI. Lecturer of Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (kmbs) and Lviv Business School of the Ukrainian Catholic University (LvBS). Co-founder of the Civic Platform NOVA KRAINA. Author of more than 250 articles on management, marketing, information technology, futurology and two monographs. Member of the National Council for Reforms (2014-2016), Advisor to the Minister of Economy (2014-2016).

Vitaliy Tykhonovych

Yaroslav Yurchyshyn

Executive Director of Transparency International Ukraine, the national representative office of Transparency International’s largest global anti-corruption network in Ukraine. He has an extensive experience in organization of campaigns for public lobbying, political expertise and policy analysis. Since 2013 he is the Head of Council (Plast National Council) of Plast – a national scout organization of Ukraine. On a voluntary basis he was an Advisor to the Secretary of the Council of the National Security and Defense of Ukraine; an advising assistant to a Member of the Ukrainian Parliament L.Yu. Orobets; a Chief specialist in communication with the management of the Investment bank “Phoenix-Capital”, a Head of the Assistant Service of the Secretariat Head of the organization “HART Foundation of Regional Initiatives”; a Trainer in traditional and new media of the Institute of Political Education; a Political Expert of the National round table “Awakening for European Future”. Ya. Yurchyshyn is a Head of the department for preparation and discussion of the reforms at the Reforms Center of the Institute of Social Innovations Development.

Yulia Tychkivska

Co-founder of the Open University of Maidan. Master’s Degree Program in Economics Faculty of National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. She has completed the short-term Think Tank MBA program in the USA, was a Vice President of AIESEC-Kyiv on corporate communications; trained at the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and later was an advisor to the Minister of Economy; for 2 years she coordinated the international direction of the Ukrainian Fund for Support of Reforms. In recent years, Yulia is associated with business education (Inspira, Kyiv School of Economics), consulting and urban development projects. She is a founder of the Bendukidze Free Market Center.
