How youth should be involved in reconstruction: tools and practices

On Knowledge Day, a course with that name was launched on the vumonline.ua platform
The course authors are sure that it is the youth who must make important decisions about the future of Ukraine, and it is the youth who must take the most active part in the reconstruction of the country because what is laid out today will become ours tomorrow. Despite all the horrors of war and irreparable losses, right now young Ukrainians have a unique chance to decide and shape the future of their country.
This course is for those who are ready to participate in the process of Ukraine restoration right now. One will receive the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical tools, and learn key democratic values and ways to involve the community in the restoration of the country.

It is designed for youth activists aged 16-35, in particular for representatives of youth councils, NGOs, local and central authorities, youth wings of parties, vulnerable groups, LGBT communities, IDPs, diaspora, and student self-government.

After successful completion of the course, participants will be able to start real reconstruction of their own cities/communities/villages by implementing joint projects together with the “Building Ukraine Together” organization or undergo an internship at VoxCheck, which will contribute to increasing your knowledge and skills in the field of fact-checking and countering disinformation at various levels.
