Author of textbooks, manuals, programs recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, training courses for masters of KNU n.a. T. Shevchenko and Kyiv International University. Author of studies and scientific articles on organizational development, organizational capacity and organizational behavior. She is the member of Supervisory Boards: Teple Misto Platform and Ukrainian Leadership Academy.
